How do client subscriptions work?
You set your own tiers and prices on your ARIS profile — for example two cuts a month, or weekly plus a beard detail. A client picks a tier, enters their card once, and is billed automatically every month. Their visits refill at the start of each period, and they book those visits from their ARIS account.
When do I start paying ARIS?
You pay nothing until your first subscriber. After that it's a flat monthly platform fee: $39/month for founding pros (first 100, locked for life), $59/month standard, $100/month for founding shops (first 25) and $150/month for standard shops. No commissions, no revenue share.
How do clients pay me?
Your clients pay you directly through Stripe. The full subscription amount goes to your connected Stripe account, minus Stripe's own card processing fee. ARIS takes no cut of your subscriptions, add-ons, or tips.
What if a client cancels?
They keep the visits they already paid for until the end of the period they've paid, and then the plan stops. Nothing is clawed back from you, and you can see cancellations in your dashboard. You can cancel your own ARIS plan anytime too.
Is my payment information secure?
Card details are handled by Stripe, never stored on ARIS servers. Payouts go to your own verified Stripe account on your own payout schedule.

ARIS is US-based and open to pros anywhere in the US — the cities listed on this page are where pros are live today. If your city isn't listed yet, you can still apply; your profile works the day you're approved.
