Account info (name, email, phone), child accounts you create (first name, date of birth), subscription and booking history, and payment metadata from Stripe (we never store full card numbers).
To run subscriptions, enable bookings between you and your provider (barber or beauty pro), send transactional notifications (email/SMS), prevent fraud, and improve the product. We don't sell your personal data.
Providers see the info needed to serve you (name, child first name + age for adolescence, booking times). Vendors include Stripe (payments) and Twilio (SMS).
SMS is opt-in. You can disable SMS at any time on your Profile page or by replying STOP. Standard message rates apply.

We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and as required for tax/legal purposes after closure.
