The things everybody asks before they subscribe.
When am I charged?
At secure Stripe checkout when you subscribe. Monthly plans renew on the same date each month; VIP is billed once a year. You'll see the exact charge and renewal date before paying.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your ARIS account. Cancelling ends the plan at the end of the current billing period.
How do kids & teen plans work?
A parent or guardian sets up the plan. At the first visit, The Loc Wiz (Eboni) confirms the young client's age in person before anything is charged — if it can't be confirmed, the plan is cancelled with no charge.
Where does my money go?
Subscription payments go to The Loc Wiz (Eboni) in full via Stripe, minus Stripe processing fees — ARIS takes no percentage.
