ARIS ("we", "us") is a subscription platform that connects clients with independent providers — barbers and barbershops on ARIS Grooming, and beauty pros and salons on ARIS Beauty. Providers operate independently; ARIS is not the provider of grooming or beauty services.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Subscriptions for minors (Adolescence tier) must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian via a child account.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly (or annually for VIP) until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. Unused credits (cuts on Grooming, service credits on Beauty) do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated. ARIS retains a 25% platform fee; the remainder is paid to your provider via Stripe Connect.
Cancelling at least 24 hours before your appointment does not consume a credit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may consume a credit at the provider's discretion. You may pause your subscription at any time; billing stops until you resume.

Don't harass providers or clients, attempt to circumvent platform fees, or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. ARIS is not liable for the quality of grooming or beauty services. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.
