Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You can cancel any time and you'll keep access until the end of the current period. Annual VIP plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within 30 days at our discretion.
If your provider cancels or no-shows, the credit is restored automatically. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the credit is preserved. Same-day cancellations may consume a credit.
Tips are final once paid out to the provider. If you tipped by mistake, contact hello@arisgrooming.com within 24 hours and we'll do our best to help.
If you have an issue with an appointment or provider, please reach out to hello@arisgrooming.com before disputing the charge. We mediate between clients and providers and can comp credits when warranted.
You are not charged for a Kids Haircuts or Teenagers Haircuts subscription until the provider confirms the child's age in person. If verification fails, the subscription is cancelled with no charge.
