For barbershops

Recurring revenue for the shop, one roster, one dashboard.

Put your whole chair roster on ARIS. Each barber runs their own memberships and keeps 100% of what their clients pay; the shop collects chair fees automatically and sees everything in one place. One flat monthly fee for the shop — free until your first subscriber.

What you get

Shared chair roster

Add every barber in the shop. Each gets their own profile and members; you see the full roster, their membership counts and their chair fees in one view.

Chair fees collected for you

Set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly chair fee per barber. ARIS charges their card on schedule and pays the shop — no more chasing rent on a Friday.

Shop-wide memberships

The shop can run its own membership tiers alongside the barbers', so walk-in regulars can subscribe to the shop itself.

One dashboard for the whole shop

Roster, bookings, memberships, tips, payouts and shop revenue on one screen, on desktop or phone.

Hours, time off and booking

Set shop hours and per-chair availability. Publish time off so nobody books a barber who's away.

Your shop's page

A public shop profile with your team, address, map, photos and Instagram — a page you can send to anyone.

The shared chair roster

Every pro on your roster gets their own profile, their own tiers, and their own members — while you see the whole shop in one place. You set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly chair fee per pro, and ARIS collects it for you. Roster pros do not pay a separate ARIS fee; the shop plan covers them.

This is what a member sees on a pro's page: monthly tiers, prices you set, paid add-ons, and reviews. You can click through a full working example — no account, no card.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Apply as a shop

Tell us about the shop, where it is and how many chairs you run. Approvals are usually same-day.

  2. Step 2

    Build your roster

Invite each barber. They set their own tiers and prices, and their memberships stay theirs.

  3. Step 3

    Set chair fees

Choose a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly amount per chair. ARIS charges it automatically and pays the shop.

  4. Step 4

    Open the shop's page

Publish your shop profile with the team, map and photos, then start inviting your regulars. The shop's flat fee begins only after the first subscriber.

Why shops run memberships

A barbershop's income is the sum of everyone's walk-ins, which means it swings with the weather, the season and who happens to be behind the chair that day. Chair rent smooths that out for the shop but does nothing for the barber, and the barber who has a slow month is the barber who leaves.

Memberships fix both sides. Each barber builds a base of clients paying monthly, so their income holds up in a quiet week and they have a reason to stay. The shop gets a roster of barbers with stable books and a predictable chair fee that arrives without a conversation.

It also makes the shop's own page worth something: a public profile with your whole team, your address on a map and a link you can put anywhere.

How the money moves

Each barber connects their own Stripe account. When a client pays for a membership, an add-on, a one-time service or a tip, that money goes to the barber — 100% of it, minus Stripe's processing fee. ARIS takes no percentage.

The shop is paid separately. Chair fees are charged to each barber's card on the schedule you set and paid to the shop's own Stripe account, so rent collection stops being a weekly errand.

The shop's only cost to ARIS is the flat monthly platform fee: $100 for founding shops, $150 standard. That covers every chair on the roster, and roster barbers are exempt from the individual pro fee.

What the shop dashboard shows

One screen with the whole operation: your roster and each barber's membership count, chair fees due and collected, the shop's own memberships and bookings, tips and payouts, shop hours and time off, and your platform plan status.

You can add or remove a chair, change a fee, publish shop-wide time off, edit the shop profile or check the map pin without leaving the page.

Approved shops get a written walkthrough with screenshots covering roster setup, chair fees and payouts, and there's a separate guide for the barbers on your roster.

Common questions

Do my pros pay their own ARIS fee?

No. Pros on your shop roster are covered by the shop plan. Their only cost to you is the chair fee you set.

How does the chair fee work?

You set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly chair fee per pro. ARIS charges their card on that schedule and pays it to the shop, so you're not chasing anybody on a Friday.

Who owns the client relationship?

The pro. Each pro has their own profile, their own tiers and their own members. The shop sees the roster and the shop's own memberships in one dashboard.

When does the shop start paying ARIS?

After the shop's first subscriber. Setup, roster building and profile work are free.

How does money reach the shop and the pros?

Each pro connects their own Stripe account and is paid 100% of what their members pay, minus Stripe processing. The shop is paid its chair fees the same way.

Is there a limit on chairs?

No. The flat shop fee covers your whole roster, however many chairs you run.
