For salons and studios

Recurring revenue for the salon, one roster, one dashboard.

Put your whole team on ARIS. Each stylist, braider, nail or lash tech runs their own memberships and keeps 100% of what their clients pay; the salon collects chair or booth fees automatically and sees everything in one place. Free until your first subscriber.

What you get

Shared chair and booth roster

Add every pro in the salon. Each gets their own profile, tiers and members; you see the full roster and every booth fee in one view.

Booth fees collected for you

Set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly fee per pro. ARIS charges their card on schedule and pays the salon — no chasing anyone at the end of the week.

Salon-wide memberships

The salon can run its own membership tiers alongside the team's, so regulars can subscribe to the salon itself.

One dashboard for the whole salon

Roster, appointments, memberships, tips, payouts and salon revenue on one screen.

Hours, time off and booking

Set salon hours and per-pro availability, and publish time off so nobody books a stylist who's away.

Your salon's page

A public profile with your team, address, map, photos and Instagram — a page you can send to anyone.

The shared chair roster

Every pro on your roster gets their own profile, their own tiers, and their own members — while you see the whole shop in one place. You set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly chair fee per pro, and ARIS collects it for you. Roster pros do not pay a separate ARIS fee; the shop plan covers them.

See it before you sign up

This is what a member sees on a pro's page: monthly tiers, prices you set, paid add-ons, and reviews. You can click through a full working example — no account, no card.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Apply as a salon

Tell us about the salon or studio, where it is and how many stations you run. Approvals are usually same-day.

  2. Step 2

    Build your roster

Invite each pro. They set their own tiers and prices, and their members stay theirs.

  3. Step 3

    Set booth fees

Choose a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly amount per station. ARIS charges it automatically and pays the salon.

  4. Step 4

    Open the salon's page

Publish your profile with the team, map and photos, then start inviting regulars. The salon's flat fee begins only after the first subscriber.

Why salons run memberships

Salon income swings with the season and with who's behind the chair that week. Booth rent smooths it out for the owner but does nothing for the stylist, and the stylist who has a slow month is the stylist who leaves.

Memberships help both sides. Each pro builds a base of clients paying monthly, so a quiet week still pays and they have a reason to stay. The salon gets a team with steady books and a booth fee that arrives without a reminder text.

It also gives the salon a page worth sharing: your whole team, your address on a map, your work, and one link for everything.

How the money moves

Each pro connects their own Stripe account. Memberships, add-ons, one-time services and tips go to the pro — 100%, minus Stripe's processing fee. ARIS takes no percentage.

The salon is paid separately. Booth fees are charged to each pro's card on the schedule you set and paid to the salon's Stripe account.

The salon's only cost to ARIS is a flat monthly fee: $100 for founding salons, $150 standard. It covers every station, and roster pros are exempt from the individual pro fee.

What the salon dashboard shows

One screen with the whole operation: your roster and each pro's member count, booth fees due and collected, the salon's own memberships and appointments, tips and payouts, hours and time off, and your plan status.

Add or remove a station, change a fee, publish salon-wide time off, edit the profile or check the map pin without leaving the page.

Approved salons get a written walkthrough with screenshots for roster setup, booth fees and payouts, plus a separate guide for the pros on your roster.

Common questions

Do my pros pay their own ARIS fee?

No. Pros on your shop roster are covered by the shop plan. Their only cost to you is the chair fee you set.

How does the chair fee work?

You set a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly chair fee per pro. ARIS charges their card on that schedule and pays it to the shop, so you're not chasing anybody on a Friday.

Who owns the client relationship?

The pro. Each pro has their own profile, their own tiers and their own members. The shop sees the roster and the shop's own memberships in one dashboard.

When does the shop start paying ARIS?

After the shop's first subscriber. Setup, roster building and profile work are free.

How does money reach the shop and the pros?

Each pro connects their own Stripe account and is paid 100% of what their members pay, minus Stripe processing. The shop is paid its chair fees the same way.

Is there a limit on chairs?

No. The flat shop fee covers your whole roster, however many chairs you run.
