When am I charged?
At secure Stripe checkout when you subscribe. Monthly plans renew on the same date each month; VIP is billed once a year. You'll see the exact charge and renewal date before paying.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your ARIS account. Cancelling ends the plan at the end of the current billing period.
How do kids & teen plans work?
A parent or guardian sets up the plan. At the first visit, Test Barber confirms the young client's age in person.
Where does my money go?
Subscription payments go to Test Barber in full via Stripe, minus Stripe processing fees — ARIS takes no percentage.
